Financial Monitoring to Funding Bodies

We can liaise with the funding body and ensure that all monitoring returns record your full claim within the parameters of the approved funding application. We can set up systems that allow you to administer the monitoring returns on a daily basis that will be accurate and will minimise the time needed to complete at the end of each period. We can advise you of the kind of evidence you will need to provide to meet your full claim. We can complete the financial part of the monitoring return for you if you would prefer. If we do it for you we will need you to provide all the documents at least 5 working days before the return can be signed off by the appropriate staff members.

We can also assist in completing the financial section of your grant application and provide spreadsheets to help you prepare a reasonable forecast of your spend throughout the grant period.
