I can help you get organised if you want to keep your own records or sort through statements, invoices and receipts if you want it completely taken off your hands.

• Set up spreadsheets and show you how to keep them up to date or do it for you. Spreadsheets feed into a Profit and Loss breakdown and can be reconciled to your bank account.
• Set up a business software package and show you how to keep it up to date or do it for you. You will be able to access Management Accounts from Profit & Loss to Trial Balance and accounts will be reconciled to your bank account.
• Raise invoices.
• Make on line payments to suppliers.
• Provide payroll for companies with 5 employees or less.
• Provide cash flows spreadsheets.
• Provide spreadsheets that will assist in recording previous sales and spend and can then be used as a tool to estimate accurate budgets.
• Liaise with your Accountant at the end of the financial year.
• Present financial information to Board's or Trustee's.
• If you need an onsite bookkeeper I can help with recruitment and show how to assess your new employee's skill and competence.

Experience with Cloud Accounting (Xero and FreeAgent), Sage and MYOB.
