You will be able to access Management Accounts from Profit & Loss to Trial Balance and will be able to show an audit trail should you need to have annual audit. If we do it for you we will need to assess how regularly we will need to come in to the company. This could be once a week, fortnight or month. If you need a bookkeeper for more than once a week we can help you with recruitment and show you how to assess your new employee's skill and competence.

We can maintain the sales and bought ledger, petty cash and upkeep the accounts to bank reconciliation. We can raise cheques and produce timely and accurate Management Accounts and be present on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis, depending on need. We can present financial information to Board's or Trustee's.

We can help you with budgets and cash flows.

We can provide spreadsheets that will assist you in recording previous sales and spend and can then be used as a tool to estimate accurate budgets. We can show all staff, regardless of experience or financial ability how to work out the budgets for their own department/area.

We can provide spreadsheets that transfer the budget information into a document that will show you if are likely to make a profit or a loss. You will also be able to input you actual income and expenditure on a monthly basis to see if you are meeting the targets you set and the affect any difference will have on your end of year profit.

We can produce spreadsheets that provide the Board with financial information in a format they will find easy to understand and that will enable them to make informed financial decisions.
